New dates for the inaugural Anantara Concorso Roma – which was scheduled to take place last month but was postponed out of respect for the passing of Pope Francis – have been announced: the event will now take place from April 16-19, 2026.
Planning is already well underway for the event with venues being finalised. The event will take place in Rome and will celebrate la dolce vita and all things Italian, including hospitality, cuisine and style.
UBS has confirmed its participation and support for the event as presenting partner. To date all the other partners have also expressed their continued support.
From the outset, the vision for the inaugural Anantara Concorso Roma was to invite the world’s foremost car collectors and assemble a sensational selection of exclusively Italian masterpieces in the centre of Rome – a spectacle befitting the historic setting. This will continue into 2026 and many of the car owners who were to join the 2025 event have already confirmed they will be participating next year.

Host hotel Anantara Palazzo Naiadi will be at the heart of the action, with most owners, partners, media and other guests staying at the property, located in Piazza della Repubblica. A schedule of events will include the Giro d’Anantara, with many of the cars participating in the Concorso being driven through and out of Rome to Frascati for the car owners and special guests to enjoy a private lunch at an exclusive location, the weekend’s Concours.
That is also where the numerous classes of cars will be judged, and the awards on the Sunday will culminate with the announcement of the Best in Show.
