Amor à Vida, the latest launch from CRN, presents a totally made-to-measure masterpiece of design and marine engineering. Step aboard with us.
The 67-metre superyacht brings together the engineering expertise of CRN and Ferretti Group Superyacht Division with the creativity of world-renowned yacht design firm Nuvolari Lenard, in collaboration with Interior Art Director from Nuvolari Lenard, Valentina Zannier.
Created to the owner’s personal specifications, the vessel features a soft, neutral palette with spaces designed for social cruising with family and friends. Wellness is also an important part of the design ethos with privacy as an overriding trait.
Cutting-edge technology, silent comfort and a heat recovery system are married to sleek and sporty lines with a beam of 11.80 metres and 1,447 gross tonnage.
Amor à Vida spans six decks and can accommodate 12 guests and 17 crew. The guest cabins are redistributed between the owner’s suite on the Upper Deck, a full-beam VIP cabin forward on the Main Deck, and four VIP cabins on the Lower Deck.
Born as Project Maranello, the origins of the design lie in the owner’s passion for the world of luxury cars and the exterior styling has a sophisticated elegance. The striking curved lines of the silhouette sweep down from the bow on the upper deck to the beach club and merge into the wake when cruising.
All decks enjoy full-beam glazing for endless views of the horizon, flooding the interiors with natural light. And all guest areas, including lounges and outdoor spaces, are fitted with easy-to-use home automation and entertainment systems.
Optimising a language of discreet luxury, the pale, muted interior colour tones alternate not only on the walls, ceilings and floors, but also on the freestanding furniture. The woods, furnishings and fabrics display exquisite craftsmanship and an accent tone of peacock blue runs throughout, embodying the owner’s passion for the sea.
MAIN DECK
The Main Deck integrates the interior and exterior spaces. The aft deck has a generous welcome and living area organised around a large swimming pool. Equipped with an advanced heat recovery system to ensure the ideal temperature, it features a transparent bottom – which lights up the underlying beach club – and peacock-coloured mosaic tiles with hydromassage jets for absolute relaxation.
The furnishings in the aft deck’s lounge and welcome area are all custom made, including two generous oval-shaped up and down tables, plus two curved sofas from which to watch the drop-down TV screen concealed in the ceiling.
A large, sliding, windproof glass panel flush with the floor leads to the main lounge. Designed for social occasions, floor-to-ceiling windows offer spectacular views while ceilings clad in polished sycamore, alternating with pale nubuck inserts, create a velvety, natural atmosphere. The floor is covered in prized Java teak.
The dining area, which also looks out over the water, features a completely custom oval table for up to 12 guests. On the opposite side, a classic crystal quartzite American bar sits alongside a unique artwork.
Further forward is the generous living area, furnished with a custom sofa and a large TV screen. Continuing along the deck, the central lobby reveals a custom teak and metal floor that required extreme precision, symbolising craftsmanship at its most exquisite.
A circular elevator connects all decks to the bridge deck, while staircases featuring delicately curved lines provide a further element of decorative and formal continuity.
A long corridor extending from the lobby to the bow leads to the full-beam guest suite. The layout of the suite is designed to be split into two cabins by a moving partition. Each guest cabin is decorated in a different colour, in this case peacock blue, complemented by two types of wood (teak and sycamore).
The multiple tenders and toys are housed in the full-beam garage at the tip of the bow.
LOWER DECK
Aft, the beach club on Amor à Vida was designed as a strategic space with multiple functions and uses. Designed right from the outset as a space offering total well-being, the area features three fold-down sections at the water’s edge. The innovative stern door, a unique feature for a yacht this size, fully retracts beneath the structural swim platform.
The beach club has a lounge with a fitness area and wellness spa, featuring two large fold-down walls to enjoy contact with the sea. A specially designed gym is located here, containing a space where the floor has been lowered to increase the available height.
The wellness area includes a sauna and a steam room with understated styling and clad entirely in travertine marble. Completing the beach club is an oasis of relaxation with a fold-down wall overlooking the sea in the fully appointed massage room.
The Lower Deck features the four VIP cabins with en-suite bathrooms, each decorated in a different colour – red, blue, orange and yellow – the four colours chosen together with sophisticated custom-made furniture and furnishings featuring sophisticated woods, leathers and fabrics.
Continuing towards the bow, there is the crew area where the finishings and detailing are all high quality. The design of the crew area has been a distinctive feature of the yacht from the outset, revealing a particular focus on the well-being of everyone working on board.
UPPER DECK
Every area of the owner’s deck is bathed in natural light thanks to extensive full-beam glazing in the interior spaces.
In the stern, guests can enjoy a generous multi-purpose outdoor space, thanks to a large custom-made teak table with marble inserts, plus a propane barbecue. Two large custom-made curved sofas paired with two central low tables featuring built-in bioethanol fireplaces complete the space.
The sky lounge is a refined space featuring comfortable custom-made sofas and armchairs arranged around two coffee tables and refined sculptures that are the perfect match for the gaming table and the screening wall.
Forward, the lobby captures the attention thanks to a balcony overlooking the main deck and leads to the rest of the owner’s suite where three main spaces – the study, the owner’s suite and a private outdoor living area – have a fluidity and volumes that are designed to ensure privacy, functionality and comfort. The suite includes a walk-through closet and a specially designed bathroom, which reproduces the geometrics specified by the owner and features walls of ribbed Taj Mahal marble crafted strip by strip.
BRIDGE DECK
The multi-purpose outdoor recreational and social area in the stern features an additional solarium area for guests to relax in; a Jacuzzi tub and sunbathing area that connects to the outdoor lounge and the American bar, also fitted with an Italian pizza oven, and a TV screen for karaoke evenings.
Moving forward through the lobby, the convenient double pantry is open to both guests and crew and the captain’s cabin has access to the wheelhouse and the chart room. The deck is completed by the wheelhouse, which is clad entirely in teak and leather and fitted with integrated monitoring panels, a Forex top and a chart table.
CROW’S NEST
Home to the technical equipment and radar, this deck is an additional outdoor space for the owner. Organised as a large sunbathing area with movable backrests, it can quickly be transformed into a private cinema under the stars.
ENGINES & HYBRID PROPULSION
Amor à Vida’s propulsion and onboard energy management are based on an innovative hybrid propulsion system that boosts the fuel consumption efficiency of both the main engines and the generators.
The superyacht is powered by two MTU main engines and two synchronous AC electric motors, delivering a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots. Her range at 12 knots is 5,200nm.
The vessel also has a cutting-edge heat recovery system that optimises hot water management for the pools and the entire plumbing system.
